Repair and warranty processing

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt for damage and completeness. Damaged packages must be reported to the delivery driver immediately.

Every petWALK pet door is carefully inspected before leaving our factory. However, should a defect occur, we are of course available and will provide you with quick and uncomplicated support.

The first step in the event of a repair or warranty claim is to contact petWALK before taking any further action. For products purchased through a retailer, the retailer is your point of contact.

Depending on the type of defect, replacement parts will be provided or the door module will be repaired at the factory. The process typically involves sending the door module to petWALK. On-site repairs or maintenance are not performed.
