We are an innovative technology company based in Lower Austria’s industrial district, founded in May 2010 by Klaus Kindl as part of a research project.

Our petWALK door is the world’s smartest pet door – it opens automatically and closes securely as soon as it recognizes your pet. We’re proud to be one of Austria’s top three pet-tech companies, alongside Pezz and Tractive.

    Stefan has been part of petWALK since 2016. Originally in marketing, he quickly immersed himself in the operational side of the business with great commitment.     Patrick is dedicated to handling all technical customer inquiries. His passion for dogs provides him with balance and joy – he regularly brings his own dog, Eddy, to the office.

    Production & Manufacturing

    Sigi ensures that every petWALK pet door is manufactured with the utmost precision. She assembles the individual parts, integrates the electronics, and makes sure that each door meets our high quality standards. With her skilled craftsmanship, she also handles repairs, ensuring that defective doors are quickly and reliably made operational again.

    Manufacturing

    With his many years of experience in electrical engineering, Michael tackles tasks where precision is required. In manufacturing, he assembles the complex components of our petWALK pet door – from the locking modules to the door panels. He finds a balance to his work with his family and dog Carlos, as well as his two cats Sushi and Maja.

    Marketing & E-Commerce

    Janine is our creative powerhouse. She’s responsible for advertising, social media, and our online shop. With an eye for current trends, she communicates our brand effectively and ensures appealing visual design. She creates all marketing materials and manages our partnerships.

    Shipping & Assembly

    With her structured approach, Victoria ensures that every order is shipped completely and securely packaged. She accompanies our pet doors through their final steps: from individual assembly according to customer configuration to final inspection. She values teamwork – privately, her family and her loyal Border Collie Klex keep her busy.

    Wolfgang keeps our accounting in perfect order. With a great sense for numbers and meticulous attention to detail, he oversees invoices, payments, and financial reports. His calm and structured approach ensures everything runs smoothly – even when things get hectic.

    Treat Performance Specialist
    Eddy is the newest furry team member at petWALK – and has sniffed his way straight into our hearts. Always ready for a cheese treat, he gives his all during photoshoots and video productions. With his cheerful nature, he regularly puts a smile on our faces.

    Feel-Good Manager

    Mia is our charming part-time employee on four paws. She greets visitors in a friendly manner and ensures everyone feels immediately welcome.
