If you contact us either via the contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry or in case of follow-up questions. Without your consent, your submitted data will not be shared.
Data Storage
To facilitate the shopping process and for later contract fulfillment, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the account holder through cookies, as well as first name, last name, email address, postal address, and payment information (credit card, PayPal, eps transfer, Klarna, Bancontact, iDEAL, Google Pay, Shopify Pay).
For contract fulfillment, the following data are also stored:

If you cancel the purchase process, the stored data will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract fulfillment) GDPR.
